If the booster has not reached its setpoint by the end of the fill, the screen shows Booster temperature not reached during fill cycle with 003. It clears with ENTER, but the next racks may not see a sanitizing rinse. Often the cause sits outside the unit, such as a door left open during a delivery, a coil packed with grease, a kitchen far hotter than the maker allows or a booster fed cold water.
