Note whether lights or other equipment on the same circuit are acting unusually. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Is UHi a problem with my Hoshizaki prep table or the building? Usually the building supply or the circuit. A control that reports UHi while the outlet measures normal is the exception, and that one needs a technician. ### Why does my Hoshizaki prep table show UHi late in the evening? Supply voltage can rise when other loads in the building switch off. If UHi lines up with closing time, have the outlet measured at that hour. ### Does UHi clear on its own? Yes.
