Which sensor sits where depends on the model, so the technician checks the wiring diagram at the end of the manual. The unit then runs on, stops, or shuts the heat or the cooling off to protect itself. Check food temperatures with a separate thermometer and log them. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Can I keep using a Randell with E01 on the display? Only while you check the food with your own thermometer. The control has lost one of its readings. ### Why does my Randell show E02 after the rail was cleaned?
