Close every door firmly and listen for the alarm to stop. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Why does my True show the door alarm when the door is closed? The switch still reads the door as open. A door that has sagged, a bent switch actuator or a loose switch wire can all do that, and each needs a check with the door opened and closed. ### After how many minutes does the True door alarm go off? The delay is a setting in the control and differs by model and control make. If your staff trip it often during loading, a technician can tell you what it is set to. ### Does the door alarm on a True mean the food is warm? Not by itself.
