Check food temperatures with a separate thermometer and log them. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Did a power surge cause EE on my True? It can. A surge or brownout is a common reason for memory problems in a control, so mention any storms or outages. ### Will my True lose its settings with EE? It may already have. A technician checks the settings against the model's values before trusting the control. ### Can EE on a True be fixed without a new control? Sometimes a reset and a check of the settings are enough.
