The Carel control on Victory reach-ins and warming cabinets can read up to seven probes. E1 to E5 match probes 1 to 5, and E6 and E7 are the S1H and S2H probes. Victory's table marks these with no icon, relay or buzzer, and they reset on their own when the probe reads again. What happens next depends on the job that probe was doing. The unit then runs on, stops, or shuts the heat or the cooling off to protect itself.
