The Carel control watches the incoming supply. EHI, log code 36, is high voltage and ELO, log code 37, low voltage. Both light the icon, trip the alarm relay and sound the buzzer, and both reset once the voltage is back in range. Victory asks for a dedicated circuit for its cabinets. Victory commercial appliance display · also shown as ELO What to do when EHI shows on the commercial appliance ### Kind of code Controls and power The controller itself is reporting trouble, or the supply behind it is: a display with dead segments, a keypad that stopped responding after steam or degreaser got behind it, relays that stick, stored recipes or cycles that vanished overnight, a blown control fuse, or one leg of a three-phase feed missing so half the heat or the pump is gone. Make sure the unit is plugged straight into its own outlet, not an extension cord. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Why does my Victory show ELO at busy times? Other heavy equipment starting on the same supply can pull the voltage down. A dedicated circuit is the usual fix. ### Is EHI on a Victory harmful? High voltage heats motors and electronics, so have the supply measured soon. ### Will EHI or ELO on a Victory clear by itself?
