A TurboChef rapid cook oven must never run with its door open, and its door switches confirm the door is shut before a cook can start. When those switches do not agree, the display reads Oven Door Open and an alarm sounds. The manual points to food in the way, a door left ajar, or switches that have gone out of alignment.

No. The switches keep the oven from sending energy into an open cavity, and defeating them is dangerous. Book a visit instead.
