What FAN LOW CURRENT
actually means.

The same current check that catches a straining fan also catches one that is barely drawing anything. When current stays below the limit for 5 seconds, the oven beeps and shows FAN LOW CURRENT. A seized fan that has stopped, a loose connector or a failed fan motor are the usual reasons, and without that fan the control compartment heats up quickly.
