Questions
about Service 25.

Can I clear Service 25 myself?
Make sure the oven's supply valve sits wide open and that sinks nearby run at their usual pressure. If it comes back, it needs a visit.
Why did my Rational stop cleaning with Service 25?
The iCareSystem measured too little water for the program. A partly closed valve or low pressure in the building is the easiest suspect.
Is the Rational cabinet clean after a Service 25 run?
Assume it is not. Once the water supply is confirmed, run the cleaning program again before the next service.
Can low building pressure at night cause Service 25 on a Rational?
It can, because overnight cleaning shares the supply with other equipment. If it only happens on scheduled night runs, say so when you book a visit, since that timing is a clue.

Still showing Service 25?

A booking with a code goes further when it has the code as shown, the model and serial from the data plate, and a word on whether the unit still holds temperature, heats, rinses or spins. With those three, the office can match the likely part to your unit the same day.
