A clean modern laundromat with a long row of stainless front-load commercial laundry machines with round glass doors, a row of large stacked tumblers along the opposite wall, one machine door open, the laundry machines clearly the subject, a customer seen only from behind folding towels on a counter in the soft background, bright daylight through a storefront window.

Huebsch commercial appliances,
specifically.

Huebsch sells laundry machines for laundromats, on-premises laundries and light commercial users such as salons and restaurants. Most Huebsch visits we make are to self-service stores, where a pocket that will not heat or a front-load that will not take coins costs revenue every hour it stands.

All commercial appliance types

What is particular
to Huebsch.

We service Huebsch hardmount and softmount extractors, front-load and top-load vended machines, single and stacked tumblers, stacked extractor and tumbler pairs and light commercial units. Galaxy 600 tumblers are the model family we see most in stores.

Galaxy controls run the store's pricing

Huebsch Galaxy controls let an owner charge extra for hot water, raise prices at peak hours and sell upgraded cycles. The same control shows the error codes, so a repair also means checking that settings came through intact.

Errors reach the owner's phone

Huebsch Command shows machine data, errors and payments remotely and can send service alerts. Owners who use it can tell us the code and time before we arrive.

Lint is the tumblers' first enemy

Galaxy 600 tumblers stop with airflow switch codes when lint screens or ducts clog, and Huebsch's first step for thermistor codes is lint removal too. A lint check starts every Huebsch tumbler visit.

ProCapture on newer tumblers

Some newer Huebsch tumblers carry ProCapture, a cyclone lint capture system, on the stack 30, stack 55 and single 75 lb models. Those machines have a different lint path to service than a screen-only tumbler.

Parts

Thermistors, airflow switches, coin drops and card reader parts are matched to the model and serial number on the machine. After any control board swap we check that the store's vend settings are in place before the pocket goes back in service.

Repair or replace

Huebsch tumblers with a sound drum and bearings are normally repaired when a sensor, switch or control fails. A store replacing machines for newer features such as ProCapture or Command may choose to retire old pockets, but that is a business decision rather than a repair need.

Questions about
Huebsch commercial appliances.

Why do Huebsch tumblers show airflow codes so often?
The airflow switch proves air is moving before heat is trusted. Clogged lint screens and long or blocked exhaust ducts are the usual cause, so start there.
Can Huebsch Command tell me when a machine has an error?
Yes. Huebsch Command shows errors, machine controls and payments remotely, and some plans include SMS service alerts.
What is ProCapture on a Huebsch tumbler?
A cyclone lint capture system on certain Huebsch models. It changes where lint collects, which affects cleaning and service.
Do you work on Huebsch machines in restaurants and salons?
Yes. Huebsch's light commercial line serves small businesses, and we repair those machines as well as laundromat and on-premises equipment.
